Direct Shipping from Printful: At Progressive Prints, all our merchandise is created and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partner, Printful, ensuring quality and reducing waste. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Manufacturing and Shipping Time:
- Production Time: Since each product is made to order, the production time can vary. Typically, it takes about 2-7 business days for apparel and 2-5 business days for non-apparel items to be created and prepared for shipping.
- Shipping Time: Once the product is ready, the shipping time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the shipping method selected. You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
International Shipping:
- Progressive Prints and Printful offer international shipping. However, please be aware that international shipments may incur additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Issues:
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can resolve the issue with Printful.
- Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
Environmentally Friendly Packaging:
- We strive to minimize environmental impact. Our products are shipped in packaging that is either recyclable or made from recycled materials whenever possible.
